Dear Students and Parents,

We’re thrilled to announce the Lexipedia Christmas Story-Writing Competition! It’s an opportunity for our creative minds to shine and share the joy of the season through the art of storytelling.

The theme is simple but enchanting: craft a Christmas-themed story with a heartwarming ending. This competition is open to students of B1 level and above, encouraging a diverse range of participants to join in on the festive fun.

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all, we’ve set a minimum word count of 150 words for each story. Submissions must be in English and, most importantly, entirely original. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Mark your calendars; the submission deadline is December 8th. This provides ample time for students to weave their narratives and contribute to the magic of the season. Stories should be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format, with clear instructions on our website.

Our judging panel, comprised of Miss Pelli, Miss Mariam, and Miss Angela, will assess entries based on creativity, adherence to the theme, writing style, grammar, and the inclusion of a happy ending. The winner will be announced on December 12th through our website and other communication channels.

But that’s not all! The winning story will be transformed into an illustrated book and video, becoming a lasting part of Lexipedia’s creative legacy. Additionally, all participants will receive a certificate of participation to acknowledge their efforts.

We believe in providing constructive feedback to nurture the talent within our community. This competition is more than just a contest; it’s a celebration of imagination, creativity, and the joy of sharing stories.
